Powerful shifts in perspective, and an overall experience of more peace and love in our lives, are the fundamental intentions of this class!
Each week, we will focus on learning a new Spiritual Psychology principle and practice an accompanying ancient meditation. The class will begin with a very brief explanation of the principle that we are focusing on, followed by an experiential exercise. Practicing these with one another will allow us to confidently integrate these concepts into our daily lives.
In the second portion of the class, we will do some gentle stretching to prepare the body to fully receive this new information on the cellular level. We dive deeply into the ancient meditation to create new chemical, emotional, and psychological pathways in the mind and body. Pen and paper and an open heart are encouraged.
