What are the active, bubbling ingredients of authentic healing?

To help us heal psychological trauma, we need the work of skilled professional practitioners… plus, the most delicious, cozy, unconditional love and kindness that we can aim at ourselves. As a conscious, ongoing practice, we can disrupt our attention from what went wrong.

Could you consider looking at past difficulties as a powerhouse of growth and evolution instead of as a burden? We have so much more agency over our progress than we realize.

Join me in the Loft upstairs at Mystic Journey's gorgeous gallery and event space. This interactive talk is for you if you need to feel inspired about recovery, come away with a mindset shift, and simple tools to feel relief.

Jacqueline Eve is a speaker and coach. She gives talks about growing from trauma, and offers dynamic, interactive workshops that borrow from the worlds of performance and inclusive spirituality to playfully restore connectedness and inner radiance.

A certified HeartMath Coach/Mentor, she is a transformational navigatrix from a long line of shamans, jaguar tamers, monks and devout scribes. Or those were past incarnations. In this lifetime, her first career was in feature, TV and documentary editing for HBO, CBS, American Playhouse, and independent producers. More recently, she has worked in actressing, and as a writer for private clients.

Her experience of living with parents with untreated bipolar disorder, narcissistic personality disorder, and alcoholism not only provided an optimal learning environment to experience developmental and shock trauma, it crafted a dry sense of humor. She chose to cultivate empathy, locate healing and hold it close.

Jacqueline’s talks, workshops and HeartMath coaching offer hope, discernment and the possibility of real transformation to women fiercely determined to recover and thrive.
