Lulu Berton


Lulu has been gravitating in the Self-Realization field for over thirteen years. Her transformational journey began in her home-country, Italy, when she received her initiation with  Lama Sogyal Rinpoche in Dzogchen, or the Great Perfection teachings of Tibetan Buddhism.

After moving to Los Angeles from her hometown, Milan, she immersed herself in the practice of Vedic meditation, Vipassana, Mindfulness and Mindful-Self-Compassion. Her background includes certifications and trainings in Hatha Yoga, Anusara, Kundalini, Restorative Yoga, Pranayama, Thai Yoga Massage Therapy and Tantrik Philosophy.

Lulu is a member of The Wim Hof Academy. She studied intensively The Wim Hof Method under Mr. Hof himself in several teacher trainings and extreme expeditions in the European Pyrenees. 

As an act of Seva (selfless-service) in 2007 she created and developed Yoga to The Blind, a Yoga and Meditation program devoted to blind students of The Braille Institute of Los  Angeles. All  students in her program are visually impaired.

Lulu is a passionate storyteller and published author, contributing editor to The Daily Mail, Rolling Stone, Cosmopolitan and Vogue magazines. She has a degree in Law from The State University of Milan, has taught film studies at The Brera Academy of Fine Arts of Milan and has released two books in the Italian market.
